Program For Kids With Cancer & Their Families • The Annual Branson Trip • Putting Smiles on the Faces of Childhood Cancer Since 1990

In 1990, Peregrine initiated Children’s Cancer Care to offer recreational, therapeutic outings for kids with cancer and their families. Since that time, Peregrine has sponsored an all-expense paid trip to Branson, Missouri. In 2025, The trip was expanded to a 3 night stay with buses leaving St. Louis on Friday afternoon and returning Monday afternoon. The long weekend is full of activities families will enjoy and memories that will last a lifetime.

We are now accepting applications for the 2026 trip, May 15-18. To apply, go to the application form page; complete the form and submit.
